two grammar bits

Fix the two minor grammar problems for messages given when eating
that were From a bug report:  inappropriate or inconsistent
capitalization in mid sentence for
        Ulch - That <object> was rustproofed!
and missing punctuation for the appended clause for cannibalism in
        Ulch - that meat was tainted cannibal!
