Change kitchen sink glyph and color

The default sink glyph is already used for many other things:
iron bars, trees, corridors, drawbridges, and clouds.

Change the glyph to {, and change the color to white.
The glyph is only used for fountains, so it makes "safe"
water-related glyphs match.
