Rolling boulder launch coordinates

Browse Source 
Allow defining rolling boulder launching location in special level
lua scripts:

 des.trap({ type="rolling boulder", coord={7, 5}, launchfrom={-2, -2} });

launchfrom is relative to the trap coord.
