bddca2ded5 musl libc build, rather than glibc
We've had reports of a couple of issues building against musl libc.

Issues reported:
  - build procedures utilize cat for Guidebook-creation, and cat
is deprecated in distros that use musl libc.

  - some of the CRASHREPORT code is using library functions that
are not available in the musl libc environment. The reported
functions were backtrace() and backtrace_symbols(), which use
    header file /usr/include/execinfo.h.

So we'll try to accommodate this. Since we don't have a means of
autodetecting the musl libc situation during the build (as of yet), the
builder will have to specify 'make musl=1' on the make command line.

Specifying 'musl=1' on the make command line will:
1. ensure that NOCRASHREPORT gets defined in the C preprocessor.
2. set COLCMD to be '../util/stripbs' instead of 'col -bx'.

86368148bf soundlib in the Makefile hints updated
Move pieces of the Makefile hints sound-related changes that
are not macOS-specific from sys/unix/hints/macOS.370 to some new
include files. The WANT_MACSOUND block stays in
sys/unix/hints/macOS.370 because it is system-specific.

Before this change, the various Makefiles were assembled via
hints files macOS.370 or linux.370. Both were using included
portions from the following files in the sys/unix/hints/include
directory, in this sequence:

    -INCLUDE multiw-1.370
    -INCLUDE multiw-2.370
    -INCLUDE compiler.370
    -INCLUDE multiw-3.370
    -INCLUDE cross-pre.370
    -INCLUDE gbdates-pre.370
    -INCLUDE gbdates-post.370
    -INCLUDE cross-post.370

After this change, the various Makefiles will still be assembled
via hints files macOS.370 or linux.370. They will continue to use
included portions from the following files in the
sys/unix/hints/include directory, but with three additional
include files related to sound and soundlibs. This is the new
sequence:

    -INCLUDE multiw-1.370
    -INCLUDE multiw-2.370
    -INCLUDE compiler.370
    -INCLUDE multiw-3.370
+ -INCLUDE multisnd1-pre.370
    -INCLUDE cross-pre.370
    -INCLUDE gbdates-pre.370
+ -INCLUDE multisnd2-pre.370
    -INCLUDE gbdates-post.370
+ -INCLUDE multisnd-post.370
    -INCLUDE cross-post.370

The include mechanism continues to allow common portions that can
be shared between macOS and Linux to be maintained in a single
place only, with minimal duplication. Now, that has been extended
to include Makefile lines related to sounds and soundlib.

Tell git to ignore the presence of the heaputil program in util/.

23a671147f tiles-related build stuff
* Add missing entry for include/tile.h to (top)/Files; also
  add new entry for generated file util/tiletxt.c (Unix only);
* Add several missing entries for tile utility programs that
  can be built by sys/unix/Makefile.utl to util/.gitignore;
* Update sys/unix/Makefile.utl to build 'tilemap' differently so
that it won't leave behind an unwanted subdirectory tree under OSX:
    util/tilemap.dSYM/
    util/tilemap.dSYM/Contents/
    util/tilemap.dSYM/Contents/Info.plist
    util/tilemap.dSYM/Contents/Resources/
    util/tilemap.dSYM/Contents/Resources/DWARF/
    util/tilemap.dSYM/Contents/Resources/DWARF/tilemap
It now generates util/tiletxt.c on the fly, to be compiled into
tiletxt.o, so that tilemap.c can be compiled in the ordinary
manner and tilemap.o can be kept around for dependency checking.
(Creating real source file win/share/tiletxt.c would be a little
bit cleaner, but it's effectively two lines long so seems silly
to be in the source distribution.) I looked to see whether I
could find a linker or compiler option to suppress that stuff but
failed. I'm sure something of the sort must exist but didn't
pursue it. Someday I might actually learn about how OSX works....
