nethack.rankin	3b127d31d9	mextra.h comments (trunk only) ... Add an introductory comment for each type of extension. Also move ANGRY/NOTANGRY shopkeeper macros from old eshk.h out of the common header and into shk.c so that their use doesn't end up spreading into other code. nethack.allison	aea3c50163	mextra follow up bit 2 ... <Someone> noticed the leftover zeromextra, this removes it. Using memset() on a possibly failed mextra allocation was inapprorpriate, so replace the newmextra() macro with a function.
