* Updated preprocessor conditionals for the MPW compilers.
* Use new system call names provided for in the latest Apple
Universal Headers.
* Tune up some of the includes for CodeWarrior.
* Define YY_NEVER_INTERACTIVE for the dungeon and level compilers.
