Ingo Paschke 7c8524ae37 Amiga: make amigapkg depend on $(GAMEBIN) ...

Without the dependency, 'make amigapkg' would copy whatever was
already in targets/amiga/ without ever rebuilding when sources
changed -- silently shipping a stale binary.
