AmazingAmpharos 24043bce52 Wrong value fixes ...

Bee catchability was writing 0x08 instead of 0xF0 which causes crashing when bees spawn.
We wrote to the wrong value for Byrna's base cost which ended up corrupting the value of Cape cost.
Both are fixed.
