'fix' #K3716 - engraving with Fire Brand

Add a comment to the effect that engraving with Fire Brand doesn't
cause it to become dull.

[I'm not sure that is the behavior we really want.  It seems like an
unintended side-effect of changing Fire Brand's engrave type to BURN.]
