2d597cb9fa Revive Amiga port for NetHack 3.7
Update the Amiga Intuition window port (AMII/AMIV) for the 3.7
window_procs API. Key changes:

- Update all window function signatures for 3.7
- Add assembly trampolines for AmigaOS register-based callbacks
- Convert all K&R function definitions to C99
- Add cross-compilation build system (cross-pre1/pre2/post.370)
  using bebbo's m68k-amigaos-gcc with -noixemul -std=gnu17 -m68000
- Clipping fixes: viewport centering, simplified ScrollRaster,
duplicate Ctrl-R suppression, glyph buffer invalidation
- Add menucolor support in menu rendering
- Move native txt2iff.c and xpm2iff.c to outdated/
- Add nethack.cnf and README.amiga

7b89255ea8 Move Amiga port files from outdated/ to sys/amiga/
Move the active Amiga source files back into their proper locations.
Legacy native build files (Makefile.ami, Build.ami, etc.) remain
in outdated/ as they are not used by the cross-compilation build.

c6d09a58d6 move unmaintained files into outdated folder
If an old port is resurrected to work with current version code, its files
can be relocated to the appropriate sys or win folder as required.

In the meantime, the burden of upkeep can be avoided for the stuff in the
outdated folder for now.

a364348098 add an mgflags parameter to mapglyph() to alter how it behaves internally
avoid a recent save-value,call,restore-value kludge by adding

14d8ed199e tty: panning while clipped
Noticed while testing statuslines on a small terminal window. Using
the cursor to pick locations that panned the map to view a new subset
would end up showing a new view of the regular map rather than a
different section of what was currently displayed. For farlook that
caused monsters to take on new hallucinatory forms which was fairly
inconsequential, but for #terrain and various forms of detection it
reverted to the ordinary map instead of showing the map features that
the player requested or the temporarily revealed monsters and such.

Most interfaces keep track of the whole map and just show their view
of the new subset when panning, similar to redisplay after being
covered up and then re-exposed, but tty isn't doing that. I made
same change to Amiga as to tty since the code it was using was very
similar. I haven't touched any of the other interfaces and assume
that they don't need this. I've verified that curses and X11 don't.

print_glyph now takes a second parameter.

Tiles on tiled ports always looked odd on places like the plane of air
where the background color of the tile didn't match the general background
of the surrounding area.

3.6 made that even worse and more glaringly noticeable with the introduction
of darkened room tiles.

The code to actually send something useful through the new parameter
for window ports to take advantage if they want will follow.

97d6fade74 Reformat all C files.
I'll push a formatting guide at some point. There may still be
outstanding changes, but please feel free to resolve those as you arrive
a them.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no changes to the actual code
content, but the formatter does have the occasional bug. If you run into
an issue, please fix it!

1edadd1d48 Make REINCARNATION unconditional.
There is a lot of code affected by this, and Pat Rankin correctly
observes that it would be better to store roguelike as a level flag
rather than just using Is_rogue_level. A note for the future.

b97d53fb30 cleanup: outdated SCCS lines
Pat noted that I neglected to drop the SCCS lines on the files I've been
committing, so clean up those and any others I could find where the SCCS
line date is out of date.

c119e8c3d9 add param to ini winsys routines
Provide a mechanism for cleanly moving between tentative window system
selections during startup. Now, before a second (or later) system is selected,
the first will be notified that it is losing control. See window.doc.

4e5e720334 display version and build info at startup (trunk only)
Tested on the unix port; I've updated as many other ports as I can figure
out but they're not tested. See window.doc for info on the changed banner
lines. Also adds the ability to override the generic "Unix" port - used now to get
"MacOSX" into the version line instead of "Unix" (so we don't scare people who don't
know what's going on).

374e9fbbb4 more symbol stuff (trunk only)
- reduce the number of symbol tables for each graphics
set {PRIMARY, ROGUESET} from three {map, oc, mon}
tables for each of the display symbols, the loadable symbols,
and the rogue symbols, to one continguous table for
each:
showsyms: the current display symbols
l_syms: the loaded, alterable symbols
r_syms: the rogue symbols

- Modify mapglyph so that the index into the symbolt table is
available as a return value (it was a void function), rather than
just the char converted from the glyph.
- That makes it possible for a window port to use the same
index value to extract from another table (perhaps a unicode
table) for a different set of display symbols. The index
is much more useful than trying to convert the character
into another type of symbol, as some contributed patches
have done.
- It is much easier to load a single alternative flat table to
make substitutions, since the corresponding value just
has to get placed into the same index offset in the
alternative table.

This also fixes a bug I found in botl.c, where you could
go to the rogue level, and the bottom line gold symbol
was not being updated with the new character as it should.
The reason was because the gold value had not changed,
only the field symbol used had changed.

This updates multiple ports to place a (void) cast on
the mapglyph call, now that it returns a value, so this
is going to generate a lot of diff e-mails.
