quest.txt Astral Plane

Browse Source 
"Astral plane" is a place name so should be fully capitalized.  Some
of the variations used ("through the elemental planes to the astral",
"plane of the astral", "planes of the elements") aren't as clear cut, but
I capitalized all of those I found.
