I think ^O changed when the dynamic key-binding code was incorporated. It's a shortcut for #overview in all modes. To get the old wizard mode behavior, use #wizwhere. Add an entry for #terrain, expand several of the descriptions, and fix up the formatting (remove periods in ^ section, align text in # section).
