rename sys/winnt to sys/windows
move vs (visual studio) folder out of win/win32 and into sys/windows
rename include/ntconf.h to include/windconf.h
rename winnt.c to windsys.c
place visual studio projects into individual subfolders.
This will hopefully resolve GitHub issue #484 as well.
Replace a few tabs, remove a few trailing spaces, and shorten a few
long lines.
Readme still needs another fix: if falsely claims to contain all bug
fixes since 3.6.4. I wasn't sure how to reword that so didn't try.
Also, fix a couple of old typos in Install.vms.
This could use a bit of reformatting. I stripped off trailing spaces
from a handful of lines but otherwise have kept it as is since the
formatting issue is minor.
Add missing 'sysconf' to sys/unix/ and sys/winnt/ sections of Files.
Update sys/unix/sysconf; I started out just to remove the duplicate
DEBUGFILES entry but ended up expanding several of the comments too.
Also, fix a typo in the vms build/install instructions.
README - add VMS back as a tested platform; thanks KevinS!
dat/history - add VMS update, remove trailing whitespace, two spaces;
instead of just one (recently added stuff) for sentence separation;
sys/vms/Install.vms - minimal update;
Files - reformat the win32 project section to fit within 80 columns.
Update the instructions, add a dat -> util dependency so that
MMK (freeware clone of DEC's MMS make utility) builds the data files
when necessary, and switch the default compiler to DEC C.
