vultur-cadens 43f42b35e6 potion of sickness hit effect
The potion of sickness would previously always print the message
"<mon> looks rather ill." when hitting a non-poison-resistant monster,
even if all effects were resisted due to monster magic resistance.

To make the potion more useful against high-MR monsters, this change
removes the dependence on monster MR, but also removes the halving of
maximum HP to prevent it from being overpowered. Hitting with a
potion of sickness now reliably halves only the current HP of
non-poison-resistant targets.

The effect of poisoned projectiles, which can be created from a potion
of sickness, is not resisted by monster MR, so it does not make much
sense for the potion effect to be subject to monster MR. There is
also code to make Pestilence suffer the sickness effect when hit by a
potion of healing, but due to monster MR, it had no practical effect
other than printing a misleading message.

vultur-cadens df2799faff add a statushilite option for critically low HP
This allows players to specify a highlight for critically low HP in
the config file, for example:

OPTIONS=hilite_status:hitpoints/criticalhp/purple&inverse

This will cause the hitpoints field to be highlighted when HP is low
enough to be considered a major trouble. The new "criticalhp" setting
only applies to the hitpoints field.

Since the critical HP threshold changes with level (and most of the
fractions are not integer percents) it was impossible to set
highlights to match the critical HP threshold using percentage
settings.

vultur-cadens 72213bf48f writing an unknown spellbook when the spell is known
Allow hero to write an unknown spellbook if the spell is freshly known
(from divine knowledge). If the spell is going stale, the chance of
successfully writing the spellbook depends on Luck, but only rnl(5)
(like a Wizard) instead of rnl(15). Forgotten spells do not help when
writing unknown spellbooks.

vultur-cadens a1df88d565 livelog shopkeeper deaths
The livelog message includes the shopkeeper's shop type, since the
livelog for stealing also mentions the shop type.

Only the first kill per shopkeeper is logged.

vultur-cadens fdfee3880c Fix autodescribe after reading a cursed scroll of gold detection
Autodescribe was not updating during browse_map() when the cursor was
moved over a gold glyph that was actually a trap, causing the trap to
be described as the previous square that the cursor was on (probably
"unexplored area") instead of as gold pieces. This was especially
noticeable when using OPTIONS=whatis_coord:m, because the coordinate
was not updating when moving the cursor over the trap.

vultur-cadens ae37a1197a Unidentified gem selling prices
Make the token selling prices for unidentified gems not depend on how
many items were defined before FIRST_GEM. Now the unidentified gem
selling prices will depend only on the number and defined order of the
types of gems, and won't inexplicably change when objects are added,
or depend on compile-time options such as MAIL.

Also don't do the regular item price reduction for unidentified gems,
since they are already not based on the actual value. This restores
the pre-3.6 behavior, allowing players to gain a bit more information
from the nominal selling prices of unidentified gems.

Whoever first introduced this special handling for gems probably
intended for players to be able to gain information from gem prices
this way, but probably nobody has been doing it since 3.6.

vultur-cadens ce2f3ae259 Use a space instead of a hyphen in "disintegration-resistant"
This is for consistency with the other resistance insight messages,
which use spaces instead of hyphens.

vultur-cadens 4dd08f57a3 Log the weapon that breaks weaponless conduct
...because I think it would be interesting to see how many monks break
it with a pick-axe.

Also fix a bug related to logging the conduct:

* If the first hit was a joust that didn't kill the monster, the
  conduct would be double-logged.

I lifted the call to first_weapon_hit() out of mhurtle_to_doom() in
order to log the weapon before it broke.

vultur-cadens 3571934c59 Allow specifying object classes in the object name given to des.object()
and actually do so in the lua files.

Before this, it was not possible to specify (for example) "scroll of
teleportation" in des.object() because there is actually no object
defined in objects.h named "scroll of teleportation", so
find_objtype() failed to find it. Instead, one had to request
"teleportation", but that is ambiguous, and find_objtype() would find
the first defined item with that name instead (ring of teleportation).

In cases of ambiguity, I referred to the des files from 3.6.6 (before
the lua conversion).
